The nutrition bot is extremely in depth and informative. I provided my current weight, height, age, gender and what I’d like my ultimate goal to be. I was given a calorie goal along with a realistic timeline as to when I could expect to reach my desired weight. I was able to get new workout recommendations, a nightly sleep goal, daily macro count, steps and even some low calorie, high protein breakfast meal ideas! The bot responds almost instantly, which makes starting my day easy and on a positive note. Every response from the bot is easy to follow, thorough and keeps me in a great headspace for tackling the day.
