First steps & Info on Zenk

What's next after signing up?
You should receive a confirmation email + welcome text from Zenk! In that email / text, you'll see a link to the quick guide menu that you'll need to go through before starting your health journey.
Once you've gone through the menu, you can begin freely texting Zenk to get started!
What's expected of me to get the most out of ZenkAI?
You will see the most value and progress by doing the following:
-Daily messages to ZenkAI
-Reporting with daily weigh ins (if possible) for calorie count adjustments
-Tracking measurements, before / after photos, and how your clothes fit for added clarity on progress
-Honesty with your upcoming schedule, trips, vacations, etc to help plan in advance for staying in a weight loss phase or switching to a reverse diet
-Honesty on days where there was calorie guessing as this will likely be where the most variance in weigh-in data is! (And an opportunity to improve / gauge food habits when eating normal calorie range foods)
Can I stop a weight loss phase?
You can stop a weight loss phase at any time!
Feel free to ask ZenkAI questions on best practice for when to switch in and out of a weight loss phase, reverse diet or general weight maintenance.
Is ZenkAI always "on" or available?
Yes! Zenk is a 24/7 service, designed to always be online and supporting you regardless of timezone or needs.

Can I cancel my ZenkAI membership?
Yes! You can cancel your membership at anytime through our website, no questions asked.

How should I talk with Zenk?
Keep it simple! AI models are becoming more and more advanced, but the simpler the better here - be as direct as you can when talking with Zenk.
What can Zenk talk to me about?
ZenkAI is here to help you improve your health! Although you can ask it anything, we have restricted it to only communicate about health based topics. Please be respectful!
What happens if i ask a question in a weird way?
If the bot is confused or gives a response that doesn’t make sense, please try re-asking the question differently or use simpler wording.
Can I send images to Zenk, or is it text only?
Currently, ZenkAI is text only - we are hoping in the future to bring image support to our members!
